Sustainable liquid fuels are the only practical option with which to decarbonise transport, particularly marine and aviation. Many governments have already mandated their use as part of national commitments to reach net zero.

 

The proprietary technology to efficiently produce such fuels from biomass feedstocks has already been proven at plants around the world. Exergic plans to license the technology, and build the first of these types of facilities within Scotland.

Exergic is also developing the supply chains for  “waste” biomass, which has the highest environmental credentials and produces fuel with the lowest life-cycle carbon emmisions.
